Shipping time

Items that are in stock will be packaged and shipped within 5 days of ordering. 
Items that are in preorder will be packaged and shipped within 5-7 days of Rebel Rose Designs receiving same. 
preorder diapers will generally take 50-60 days to receive from the manufacturer once Rebel Rose has placed the order.

Shipping

Items will be shipped by through Canada Post.  
There are two shipping options available during check out, standard without tracking and standard with tracking. 
Items will not have a tracking number attached to them unless that option is chosen during checkout.  Unfortunately Canada Post charges approximately $20 for packages to be sent with a tracking number. 

Returns/ Exchanges 

Returns and exchanges can be done, kindly contact us to request a return or exchange, customer will be responsible for payment of return shipping at this time.
